offers both rent - to - own and credit based financing. Rent To Own is a great way to utilize any structure just to see if it will work for you! Or if you discover that you don't need it anymore, and you are current on your rental fee, call your "rental" rep and it will be picked up without penalty!

Our AMAZING bank financing program requires no mortgage and no prepayment fees!  It is a "signature" loan (credit check required)

Our team works to secure the best possible financial arrangements for each customer based on their personal circumstances and qualifications. We serve most locations, so if you are in Crane, Aurora, Carthage, Cassville, Eureka Springs, Buffalo, Joplin or Neosho, we are close enough to arrange financing for your portable or permanent structure. ​

Down payments are pre-set amounts based on building size and  price.
